We adore reading in our house, and the lovely team at Little Tiger Press kindly asked Tristan and Scarlett to review their new book, Zip It: A Fancy Book of Fastenings!
This book has an interactive tactile activity on each page, beginning with the frog's zipper mouth! It also has a button, popper, and the finale is two laces where two mice teach your child how to tie a shoe knot!
As you can see from the video below, Tristan and Scarlett loved exploring each page, with Tristan 'teaching' Scarlett how to do the various fastenings!
We all love this book: the pages and the fastenings feel sturdy, the wording is large and easy for Tristan to read, and the illustrations are so bold and colourful. This will also be a great book to help teach Tristan to tie shoe laces as he can't be in Velcro shoes forever!
