Melted Snowman Cookies

Happy Monday everyone, Did everyone have a lovely Christmas? We did! Blog post coming soon with our festive fun photos.

Here is this year's attempt!

 I cheated this year and used shop-bought cookies, but feel free to make your own

It really is as simple as a dollop of thick basic icing (or melted white chocolate) with a 

marshmallow stuck on top 

Before the icing hardened, I popped in a few chocolate chips 

to mimic the snowman's coal buttons 

Using food paint, I drew on the snowman's face using a fine paintbrush 

Voila!  

These truly are simple to make, yet so effective once complete! Will you give them a go?
