Well, I've been very naughty and not updated you all on my weight-loss journey since early November - whoopsy!
I ran out of Slim Fast mealbars in mid-November so I relied on Slim Fast milkshake powders for both breakfast and lunch which, to be honest, got boring quite quickly, but I tried to give myself a low calorie lunch when I could. Unfortunately, the closer it got to Christmas, the naughtier and more lax I became, whoops.
Day 1: 14 stone 1 pounds
Day 6: 13 stone 12 pounds
Day 11: 13 stone 9 pounds
Day 16: 13 stone 9 pounds
Day 17: day of wedding party
Day 18: KFC for lunch
Day 19 / 15th September: 13 stone 10 pounds
Day 22 / 18th September: 13 stone 6 pounds
Day 28 / 24th September: 13 stone 6 pounds
Day 33 / 29th September: 13 stone 5 pounds
Day 39 / 5th October: 13 stone 4 pounds
Day 45 / 11th October: 13 stone 4 pounds
Day 53 / 19th October: 13 stone 2 pounds
Day 61 / 27th October: 13 stone 0 pounds
Day 69 / 4th November: 13 stone 2 pounds
20th December: 12 stone 11 pounds
1st January: 13 stone
Due to my naughtiness and slight over-indulgence at Christmas and New Year, I've amended my short and long term goals to be attainable.....
Short term goal: 12 stone 6lbs by Valentines Day
Long term goal: To be less than 12 stone by May 2014 (hen weekend and Maid of Honour Duties for my best friends wedding, exciting!)
