Weight-loss Journey Update

Day 1: 14 stone 1 pounds
Day 6: 13 stone 12 pounds
Day 11: 13 stone 9 pounds
Day 16: 13 stone 9 pounds
Day 17: day of wedding party
Day 18: KFC for lunch
Day 19 / 15th September: 13 stone 10 pounds
Day 22 / 18th September: 13 stone 6 pounds

Hubby said last night that it looks like I've lost weight now - yippee!

I'm still aiming for 13 stone exactly by Halloween. Wish me luck xxx

    u are doing great hun keep up the great work,once the moves over im finally gonna crack down on mine i dreading what the scales at boots will initially say :/
