After a fun morning at the urban beach in our local shopping centre, Tristan and I donned our aprons and made muffins for our Monday afternoon activity!
We used the MCENNEDY muffin mix from Lidl which only needed two eggs, oil and water. Everything else, including the cases and chocolate glaze, were included. Easy peasy, and scrummy for a mid-afternoon snack.
