Family Yum Yums

Last night I made homemade beef burgers for our family dinner Yum yum!

Just mince/ground beef, a handful of breadcrumbs, a good pinch of salt, grind of pepper, one egg.......and mix thoroughly with your hands into pattys.

Cook gently in a frying pan for 15-20 minutes, flipping over half-way through.

A minute before serving in the fresh burger baps, add a slice of cheese to each burger to melt gently.

Serve on a plate with chips, and let everyone help themselves to tomato ketchup, mayo, garlic mayo, yellow mustard and pickles!

Delish!
