It's the perfect way to keep your children entertained over a weekend. Its four activities are split into "cook", "make", "explore" and "green" themes, each with a mascot to help guide you through the instructions.
Tristan's box contained the following four activities
The red "cook" envelope, with mascot Wooster
Green pancakes
The green "green" envelope, with mascot Hattie
Pot O'Gold
The yellow "explore" envelope, with mascot Oswold
Sound Explorers
The blue "make" envelope, with mascot Sammy
Rocking spring bird
One of the great features is the reward system. In the Weekend Box was a little envelope of stickers, and once an activity is completed, you can ask your child to place a sticker on the instruction card to indicate it's finished. And once, all four activities are done, the box can be transformed and personalised into a certificate!
Tristan was very pleased with all four activities, and I was pleased that (almost) everything was included in the box (including easy-to-follow instructions for each activity). As you can see from the photos above, even Scarlett joined in on a few elements!
And, Jelly Rose blog readers can receive their first box FREE! Use promo code VICCY100 on the Weekend Box website.
