Day 11: 13 stone 9 pounds
I'm still on Slim Fast, upping my water intake, and upping my exercise/activity levels.
I've started Blogilates (via YouTube), and on Tuesday will be sampling a burlesque aerobics class!
Less than a week til my friend's wedding.....and I'm feeling good (and not hungry)!
