One of my favourite weekend treats, is visiting the many food festivals around the South West!
A one of the companies that keep popping up is the fantastic The Bath Soft Cheese Company! They were at several of the Love Food Festivals in Bristol earlier this year, and they were at the Big Cheese Festival in Caerphilly last weekend. And my favourite.....their Wyfe of Bath cheese. OMG it is lush! So easy to nibble at with some crackers!
