Baking with Tristan

Todays fun was baking yummy cupcakes, flapjack and biscuits!

Nom, nom, nom!


Flapjack ingredients, but my own method:- melted the butter, sugar, and golden syrup on the hob, before mixing with the oats.

Cupcake recipe
Topped with basic icing sugar and water mix with orange food colouring, and sprinkles on top

Biscuit recipe
Mine needed a splash of water to help the dough bind. Once cool, I topped some with melted white chocolate, and others with red and orange icing drizzle.
