Tutu Thursday

It's Tutu Thursday, and Scarlett is wearing a cute skirt from John Lewis (bought second-hand though)! Although not your typical tutu, this skirt has three layers: a tulle/netting, a blue polka dot petticoat, then the gorgeous multi-blue floral print skirt!
