Bye Bye Halloween nail art, Hello Fire nail art!

Tomorrow is the 5th November, and in the UK, that means it's Guy Faulkes Night!

This is an annual event where we Brits light fireworks and bonfires. Inspired by this, I created a fire-coloured nail art, using yellow, orange and reds.

Bye bye Halloween blood splatter nails

Clear, yellow, orange, red and dark red nail varnishes

Apply the clear varnish to help protect your nail, then two thin coats of the yellow

Using a near-dry brush, I dabbed the orange nail varnish on the middle part of the nail

Then the same with the red, but on the top third of the nail

I used the dark red to darken the very tip of the nail

Use a clear varnish to set the design, and voila!

  2. No way - those came out awesome. And they're relatively easy to make, too. I will have to give these a try sometime for sure.

  26. You are more talented than I, for certain! I can barely paint my nails ONE color without a big mess or smudges!

  27. You are so good! If I tried to do that it would look like a blind 5 year old attacked me with nail polish!!
